We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong strategic thinking and hands‑on technical depth. This role is perfect for someone who wants influence, autonomy, and ownership, not just running test cases, but shaping how quality works across the entire engineering team.

As the key QA in our IT department, you will define the standards, drive the testing strategy, and build a scalable QA framework that supports long-term product excellence.

• Define and own the QA strategy across multiple product modules and release cycles.
• Design robust manual & automated test plans that cover complex workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks (UI, API) that enable fast and confident releases.
• Lead functional, regression, integration, UAT, and risk‑based testing for each deployment.
• Drive performance testing using JMeter/K6 and provide clear performance insights.
• Communicate quality risks, readiness, and metrics directly to developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Improve testing standards, documentation, workflows, and long‑term QA maturity.
• Act as the quality champion, ensuring every release meets high engineering and business expectations.

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on QA experience with strategic involvement in planning and process design.
• Strong technical expertise in automation testing (Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright).
• Proficient in API testing using Postman, REST‑assured, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, and quality best practices.
• Experience running performance tests with JMeter, K6, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently, make testing decisions confidently, and justify priorities.
• Experience testing IoT or hardware‑related products is a plus, but not required.
