Head of IT Operations
The Head of IT Operations is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving all IT operational activities to ensure system reliability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance in accordance with OJK and SRO requirements.
Strategic & GovernanceDefine IT Operations strategy, roadmap, and annual objectives aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations.
Establish IT governance framework, policies, SOPs, and operational controls in line with OJK, SRO, and internal risk management requirements.
Act as the main IT Operations representative in regulatory discussions, audits, and inspections.
Infrastructure & Platform OperationsOversee day-to-day operations of all IT infrastructure including data center, cloud platforms, trading systems, internal applications, network, and security tools.
Ensure 24/7 availability of trading systems with clear escalation procedures and on-call readiness.
Implement monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and performance optimization across all platforms.
Service Management & SupportLead IT Service Management processes based on ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset & Configuration Management).
Ensure effective handling of incidents and service disruptions with defined SLA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement actions.
Oversee IT Helpdesk operations and ensure quality support to internal users.
Risk, Security & ComplianceCollaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to implement security controls, system hardening, access management, and data protection measures.
Ensure Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) are properly documented, tested regularly, and continuously improved.
Identify operational risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented and reported.
Audit & Regulatory ReadinessLead preparation for OJK, SRO, and internal/external audits related to IT Operations, including documentation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
Maintain complete and up-to-date operational documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and audit logs.
Leadership & ReportingBuild, coach, and manage a high-performing IT Operations team.
Provide regular operational, risk, and performance reports to Directors and Senior Management.
Drive a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), system monitoring, networking, virtualization, and high-availability systems.
- Proven experience managing DRP, BCP, SLA, and ITIL processes.
- Familiar with regulatory environment for crypto/fintech in Indonesia, including OJK and SRO compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, COBIT, PMP, Cloud certifications) are highly preferred.
