• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks:
  You will be responsible for installing and configuring software, hardware and networks, ensuring they are working properly, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Maintaining system security:
  You will be responsible for ensuring the security of the technology infrastructure by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
• Monitoring system performance:
  You will monitor the performance of the technology infrastructure and make adjustments as needed to ensure that it is running optimally.
• Creating and managing user accounts:
  You will be responsible for creating and managing user accounts, ensuring that users have the access they need to the systems and applications they require.
• Troubleshooting issues:
  When problems arise with the technology infrastructure, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving them as quickly as possible.
• Maintaining system backups and disaster recovery plans:
  You will be responsible for maintaining system backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure that critical data and systems can be recovered in the event of a system failure or disaster.
• Providing technical support:
  You will provide technical support to users who need assistance with their systems or applications.
• Documenting system configurations and procedures:
  You will document system configurations and procedures to ensure that other IT staff members can easily understand and maintain the systems.
• Evaluating new technologies:
  You will evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or changes to the technology infrastructure to improve efficiency and functionality.

Required skill(s):

• Bash Scripting
• Windows Server
• Standard Networking Security (DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Routing, etc).
• VMware/Proxmox, or familiar with Cloud platforms
• Veeam, Nakivo or any backup/replicating systems
• Preferred language(s):
  Bahasa Indonesia, English.
