Facility Coordinator

To ensure all Ace Padel Club facilities are maintained in optimal, safe, and clean condition through effective planning, monitoring, and execution of maintenance activities.

• Conduct routine inspections across all club facilities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all facility components.
• Respond promptly to urgent repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise technicians, housekeeping, cleaning crews, and external vendors.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational standards are consistently met in all areas of the center.
• Support event and coaching program preparation by ensuring facility readiness.
• Prepare maintenance reports, incident logs, and improvement recommendations.

• Minimum 3 years experience in facility or maintenance supervision.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general repair work.
• Experience managing technicians/housekeeping/vendors.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards.
• Comfortable using basic reporting tools (sheets, logs, checklists).
• Willing to work shifts/weekends and conduct regular facility inspections.
