We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and strengthen our brands in the beauty industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related science field
• 5–7 years of experience in product development or R&D within cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG industry
• Experience leading multiple NPD (new product development) and reformulation projects concurrently
• Strong understanding of formulation development, stability testing, scale-up, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with BPOM regulations, safety assessments, ingredient restrictions, and global compliance standards
• Ability to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into feasible product concepts
• Solid cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Gantt charts, Trello, Asana)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight timelines

• End-to-End Product Development: Lead and oversee all product development activities across categories (skincare, body care, makeup); ensure concepts are translated into manufacturable products
• Project Management: Track project timelines using project management tools; flag potential delays and implement corrective actions
• Concept Feasibility: Work with R&D and Marketing to evaluate the technical feasibility, cost, and timeline of product concepts
• Team Supervision: Guide and supervise category supervisors to ensure proper execution of NPD and reformulation projects
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Procurement, and Manufacturing to secure formulation approval, raw material availability, and production feasibility
• Documentation Governance: Ensure completeness and proper archiving of all PD documents (briefs, formulas, specs, test reports)
• Pilot & Scale-Up Coordination: Support pilot batch activities, compatibility testing, stability testing, and scale-up trials prior to mass production
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements before market release
• Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce delays, and increase execution efficiency
• Team Development: Coach and develop category supervisors; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
