Responsibilities

  • Lead overall plant operations to ensure efficient production and product quality.
  • Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Oversee production planning, capacity management, and output optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for plant efficiency.
  • Direct maintenance, engineering, and facility management to minimize downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S) across the plant.
  • Lead and develop department heads and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with QA, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to support product consistency.
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and operational reporting for senior leadership.
