About the role

We are seeking a talented Manufacture Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team at PT Indo Taichen Textile Industry. As a Manufacture Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This is a full‑time position based in Tangerang, Banten.

• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
• Developing and updating standard operating procedures to maintain high quality and safety standards
• Assisting with the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands
• Identifying and resolving any manufacturing issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

• Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for operational excellence.
