Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives in production areas.
• Support basic training and coaching for employees on CI, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and assist in process improvement implementation.
• Collect and analyze data, monitor project progress, and prepare improvement reports.
• Ensure sustainability of new standards (Lean, 5S, ISO).
• Willing to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CI, IE, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic AutoCAD and statistical knowledge are an advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide small teams.
