- Ensure the smooth operation of main machinery, including injection machines, blow moulding machines, and injection stretch blow moulding machines
- Ensure the smooth operation of supporting equipment, including chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and plastic molding machines
- Monitor and evaluate all technical departments, including injection machine setters, HDPE extrusion blow, and PET stretch blow; the Maintenance department (factory machine maintenance); and the Workshop (lathe, milling, EDM, and others)
- Perform job planning tasks for each division under supervision, including work programs, implementation schedules, and other related activities
- Prepare regular reports for each project
- Participate in reviewing product complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting corrective actions
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering; major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in plastic manufacturing, particularly Injection, Extrusion Blow, or Injection Stretch Blow Moulding
- Knowledge of electrical systems (both low and high voltage) is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Honest, highly committed, with strong integrity and a sense of responsibility
- Hardworking, persistent, and able to work effectively in a team
