Qualifications
- Familiar or having expertise to manage improvement or Lean System in manufacturing.
- Have experience in a similar position (Manager or Assistant Manager) for a minimum of 5 years.
- Education:
minimum Bachelor’s degree, major in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Experience in the Garment Industry.
- Strong leadership and a digital mindset.
- Monitoring lean system and evaluating its implementation.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating garment operational and supporting processes.
- Standardizing working areas to improve production performance.
- Collaborating with the Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Managing layout in production and supporting areas.
