Liaison with Auditor/Regulator to carry out auditing company activities for compliance with the regulations and company standards.
Perform the external audits of all approved suppliers and vendors
Administer the results of external / internal audit or inspection performed by company inspector, customer, and authorities and controls the required corrective status in timely manner
Developing, revising, and maintaining all Company’s manuals and procedures are current in timely manner to conform with the regulations, company standards and customer requirements
Record, updating, distribute and file all original internal and external documents.
Liaison with Technical Service to ensure and maintain system of manufacturers and technical publications and document control are current and established.
Identifying all documents with controlled copy stamp and record in the document list for data base and distribute to all relevant locations.
Provide copies of documents and distribute to necessary locations required.
Ensure and established license of all maintenance personnel in current status.
Develop the company's maintenance procedures and standards to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft and the safe, efficient operation of the maintenance organization
To evaluate the job performance of his/her subordinate.
To conduct any other duties assigned by Safety and Quality Assurance Manager
QualificationMinimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably those who already hold an AMEL and/or Basic License A1/A2/A3/A4.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality Department.
Holding a Basic Inspector, Auditor, or ISO Certification is an advantage.
