Head of Quality – Manufacturing Footwear

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to monitor production processes and finished goods

Analyse quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Train and mentor the quality assurance team to enhance their skills and knowledge

Liaise with clients to understand their quality requirements and ensure compliance

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices in quality management

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality systems and processes

Minimum 8 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing industry,
preferably in the footwear sector

Thorough understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques

Proven track record in leading and managing a quality assurance team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and quality certifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management
