Area Manager, Restaurant​/Food Service Server​/Wait Staff

Qualifications:

More than 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably from Korean or Japanese restaurants.

Target oriented and detail oriented.

Strong leadership skills, active, and analytical thinking.

Able to work as a team or individually.

Willing to work mobile (Jabodetabek area & out-of-town).

Willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

Analyze and summarize the sales levels of restaurants and sales reports (COGS) and operational cost (labour cost, utilities, etc) from all outlets.

Control and monitor the quality, cleanliness, health, and safety within the outlet environment.

Responsible for all activities and operational services.

Ensure customer satisfaction run smoothly within all outlets.
