Commercial Manager for Fashion Retail

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to support the fashion brand’s commercial performance. The ideal candidate possesses deep fashion retail understanding, strong cross functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate data into impactful commercial actions
.

• Execute fashion brand commercial strategies.
• Lead assortment planning and sales forecasting.
• Analyze sales, margin, inventory, customer behavior, and competitor insights to formulate actionable recommendations.
• Manage pricing strategies, promotional plans, and inventory flow to maximize gross margin and sell through.
• Conduct regular store and competitor visits to gather market insights and translate findings into commercial decisions.
• Work closely with Concept, Design, Buying, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide data driven insights to improve in season performance and overall commercial productivity.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Fashion Retail Commercial, Merchandising or Brand Management (retail/fashion experience preferred) and 3 years in managerial level.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense.
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of sales, margin, inventory turnover.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be located in Tangerang Area.
