• Provide strong leadership to the resto & coffee shop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Foster relationships with the local community, exploring opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
• Participate in community events to enhance the coffee shop's presence and reputation.

• Ensure compliance with local health regulations, labor laws, and other relevant guidelines.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of coffee and a passion for delivering a high-quality product.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of business and financial principles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
