Planogram​/Spaceman Senior Officer

Design and optimize merchandise layouts to support customer flow, enhance shopping experience, and drive sales.

Assess category performance and space allocation to ensure effective space management strategies.

Analyze item productivity to identify growth opportunities and refine display priorities.

Develop and maximize display space to strengthen product visibility and category impact.

Monitor and coordinate space development projects to ensure smooth execution across stores.

Collaborate with Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure planogram implementation aligns with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in planogram/space management/merchandising; experience in retail is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and category performance.
• Proficient in planogram software (e.g., Smart Draw, Nielsen Spaceman, or similar).
• Good understanding of customer flow, display principles, and product visibility strategies.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead implementation and ensure store compliance with planogram standards.
