Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Communication Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Strong experience in visual merchandising within an international fashion brand.
In‑depth knowledge of brand visual standards, retail operations, and merchandising best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Skilled in planogram, floor plan, and visual guideline development.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess display effectiveness and make data‑driven decisions.
High creativity and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, balancing strategic planning with frequent in‑store execution.
Job Responsibilities1. Visual Guideline Development
Create and maintain visual merchandising (VM) guidelines for new product launches and campaigns ensuring all launches align with brand identity and visual standards.
2. Weekly VM Strategy
Develop weekly VM directions informed by sales data, campaign focus, and promotional activities. Recommend display adjustments to boost sales and visual appeal.
3. Store Visit Management
Plan and execute regular store visits to review VM execution and ensure compliance with brand standards.
4. Execution Support & Evaluation
Support store teams in VM execution, resolve implementation issues, and evaluate performance. Provide actionable feedback for improvement. Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align VM strategies with broader brand objectives.
5. Training & Development
Conduct VM training sessions to elevate store team capabilities. Champion a consistent visual identity across all locations.
6. Monthly Reporting
Compile monthly reports covering VM activities, challenges, successes, and recommendations. Share insights to support continuous improvement.
7. New Store Openings
Lead VM setup for new stores, including prop and print installations based on approved floor plans. Coordinate with merchandising for optimal product placement.
