Warehouse Assistant

Polibeli is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.
Placement:
Balaraja, Tangerang (WFO)

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Implement and follow warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Assist in training, coaching, and managing warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, inventory, after-sales, and sales) to optimize warehouse operations.
• Address issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or staff.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper safety and maintenance standards.
• Assist in generating reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations for at least 2 years, with some experience supervising or leading staff.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices and operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and database (WMS/ERP).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
