Data Hall Supervisor - Warehouse

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Data Hall Supervisor to oversee onsite material handling and inventory coordination activities within a high-security data centre environment in Cikarang.

This role will be responsible for coordinating incoming warehouse deliveries, receiving, unloading, staging, material handovers, and return transfers, while ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with customer security requirements.

You will supervise onsite material handlers and work closely with warehouse, transportation, and data centre teams to ensure smooth material movements, accurate system transactions, and secure handling of high-value and sensitive equipment.

Supervise daily onsite material handling activities, including receiving, unloading, staging, material handovers, and return transfers within the data centre.

Coordinate incoming deliveries from the warehouse, ensuring materials are received, verified, and processed accurately and on time.

Manage and supervise onsite material handlers, including daily task assignments, manpower allocation, productivity, and adherence to operational procedures.

Ensure proper handling, movement, and temporary staging of high-value and sensitive equipment in accordance with customer security and safety requirements.

Coordinate material handovers with authorized data centre personnel, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with chain-of-custody procedures.

Ensure all material receipts, consumption, transfers, and returns are accurately recorded in the relevant inventory management or ERP systems.

Coordinate return transfers of unused, damaged, or excess materials from the data centre to the warehouse.

Monitor inventory accuracy, material traceability, and stock discrepancies, ensuring timely investigation and corrective actions.

Work closely with warehouse operations, transportation providers, and data centre teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth operational coordination.

Maintain accurate operational documentation, including receiving records, Proof of Delivery (POD), handover forms, inventory transactions, and return documentation.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, access control requirements, security protocols, and customer service level agreements (SLAs).

Report and elevate operational issues, delivery discrepancies, inventory variances, and security concerns to the relevant stakeholders.

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve material handling efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service quality.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, or contract logistics, including supervisory or team leadership experience.

Hands-on experience in receiving, unloading, staging, inventory movements, material handovers, and return processes.

Experience managing warehouse operators, material handlers, or onsite logistics teams.

Good understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, material traceability, and chain-of-custody procedures.

Experience handling high-value, sensitive, or specialized equipment would be an advantage.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Experience in processing inventory transactions, including material receipts, consumption, transfers, and returns.

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, material handling practices, and security requirements in controlled-access environments.

Strong coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and team supervision skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple operational stakeholders.

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in data centre logistics, IT equipment handling, or onsite inventory operations would be an advantage.

Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
