A highly successful and growing chartered accountancy practice based in Taunton is searching for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team in a role focused on delivering year‑end accounts, tax and wider services. The role offers career development, technical skill development and increasing client and team management responsibility as you progress within the firm.

Based in Taunton, the practice serves a wide range of clients across varying industries including OMBs, SMEs, corporate limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. The firm offers flexible working arrangements, a competitive salary and benefits, including full study support for individuals pursuing ACA or ACCA.

• Hands‑on preparation and oversight of year‑end accounts, tax, VAT, management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
• Delivery of general practice services to a mixed client base.
• Assist with the management of a client portfolio and progress within the firm over time.
• Opportunity to carve a key position within the growing office with prospects for further development and advancement post‑qualification.

• AAT qualified and/or part qualified/finalist across ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA.
• At least 2–3 years of accountancy practice experience in audit, accounts, tax or related areas.
• Motivated to further a career within the profession with increasing responsibility and progression.
