About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building strong, trusted relationships. Acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
• Following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer-facing service experience – essential
• Ideally, prior experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
