About the Role
Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Client Liaison Adviser to join the Affinity GI team in their Taunton office. This target‑driven professional will be responsible for delivering annual lead generation targets through outbound calling and diary management.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond proactively to all new leads from the website and external adverts
- Provide professional support and advice to clients ensuring high service and satisfaction
- Consistently maintain records on the lead management system, maximizing conversion rates
- Represent the company professionally at external events such as conferences and client visits
- Ensure all work is handled in a professional and timely manner
What you’ll need to have
- Confidence and capability to build rapport with clients over the telephone and at exhibitions
- Tenacious and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to generate leads (visits, quotes & renewal dates) effectively and in partnership with the wider team
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage own workload and time
- Effective communication skills and flexibility when working closely with others
What makes you stand out
- Hold or willing to work towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
- Proven telephone or customer service experience
