As a Nested Area Partner you’ll own your local strategy, marketing tactics, and hours—and your earnings. You’ll grow your own estate agency business from prospecting to negotiating, supported by Nested’s marketing support and brand.

• Lead local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and hours to drive earnings.
• Manage client relationship from start to finish as single point of contact.
• Utilize smart selling app and in‑house support.
• Drive commission structure starting at 75% of revenue, up to 100%.

• 5-10 years top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, delighting customers.
• Clear strategy and understanding of managing a marketing budget, generating leads, building local valuation machine.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and unrivalled work ethic; self‑employment requires genuine passion and proactive attitude.
• Deep knowledge of local area; lived years, know best amenities, schools, hotspots.
• Alignment with Nested brand and customer‑centric approach; live and breathe Nested values, obsessed with best possible outcome and experience.
• Strong social media skills a bonus, but not essential; genuine enthusiasm to build brand and engage community.
