Role Summary

This role offers the chance to step into a well-established commercial book, working closely with two experienced executives on a blend of mid‑market clients. With one of the team retiring in the coming months, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity, providing technical input, and maintaining trusted client relationships. It’s a fast‑moving role, suited to someone confident, capable, and looking to make a difference in a supportive and respected team.

• Provide expert handling across a diverse mid‑market book: keep quality high and clients happy
• Support two senior Account Executives: be the technical backbone of client servicing
• Manage premiums typically ranging from £25K to £100K: build your portfolio knowledge
• Assist with renewals, MTAs, and quoting: contribute to the smooth running of the book

• Solid experience in commercial account handling
• Technical understanding of mid‑market risks
• Confidence managing client relationships and supporting senior execs
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
