Job role / duties

• Based in the main office you will be the first point of call for all visitors

• Answer the telephone, deal with queries and take messages

• Transfer quotes onto Sage

• Receive orders via email

• Check prices for accuracy and stock availability

• Deal with price and stock queries and process orders

• Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries

• Handle import/export paperwork once trained

• Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Be willing and quick to learn

• Enjoy working in a small and busy team

• Want to take on responsibility once trained

• Have excellent written and verbal commutation skills

• be numerate and literate

• Have a good standard of computer literacy
