Reports to: After Sales Manager

Job Purpose: You will be responsible for maintaining our customer’s vehicles to the highest standards.

We are expanding our franchise range, and a new opportunity has presented itself for a Vehicle Technician at our Telford Branch. The successful candidate will be looking for a new challenge to embark on a long‑term career with our company.

You will be welcomed into a very friendly team.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30am – 05:15pm (45 minute lunch break)
• Saturday: 08:30am – 12:30pm (Saturday on rota basis)

Salary: Salary £32,700 + Productivity related bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work for a Multi‑Franchise dealership, maintaining vehicles to the highest standard; carry out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurate and up to date.
• Adapt to a busy, fast‑paced workshop environment.

Skills required:

• NVQ/BTEC or City & Guilds Motor Vehicle Service & Repair Level 3 qualification or equivalent and experience as a fully qualified mechanic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with initiative and high attention to detail.
• Full clean driving licence; willingness to attend manufacturers training courses.
• Preferred: qualified MOT tester (training provided).

• £32,700 base salary + Productivity related bonus up to an On‑Target Earnings of £38,000 – overtime not included.
