About the Role

As a Projects Director, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring every installation meets our client's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers while also helping shape the strategic direction and commercial growth of the business. With a strong mechanical engineering background, you'll bring proven experience delivering steam, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems for industrial and manufacturing clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers delivering complex mechanical and climate system projects across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability targets are achieved.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet technical, environmental, and operational requirements.
Identify opportunities for business growth and build long-term client relationships.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for the project delivery function.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

Extensive experience delivering and leading projects within HVAC, steam, heating, and cooling systems, from concept through to commissioning.
A deep understanding of industrial manufacturing environments, with a proven ability to meet the technical and operational demands of complex client sites.
A proven track record managing multiple large-scale, multidisciplinary projects concurrently to time, budget, and quality targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and guide high-performing project managers.
A commitment to delivering engineering excellence and driving sustainable growth through innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
