The Role

Our Operations Graduate Scheme has been designed to give you all the necessary skills to kickstart a successful career within Epwin Window Systems. The 18‑month programme will develop a practical understanding of the operations processes, structure and systems. You will rotate across different operational functions – production, engineering and warehousing – delivering process improvements and large‑scale projects, focussing on improving capacity, cost efficiency, material yield, waste elimination, safety, quality, lead time reduction, delivery performance and adoption of new innovations/technologies.

You will also support investment projects for the introduction of new plant and equipment to future‑proof the business, and will be paired with a senior mentor throughout the programme.

Requirements

You will need to have gained a degree in a relevant discipline such as Production Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Chemical, Mechatronics or other suitable engineering certification, together with excellent IT and presentation skills. A full driving licence is essential and you must be flexible to travel if required.
