Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT and systems-related queries, providing support for our ERP system (SAP Business ByDesign) – user support, troubleshooting, data checks, reporting, and permissions.
• Support the SNAP WMS platform – user support and access, integration, issue resolution, data accuracy, and configuration assistance.
• Maintain and support Markem labelling systems, ensuring uptime and accurate label outputs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related cloud tools.
• Deliver excellent user support for systems and related devices such as scanners and label printers.
• Assist with user setup, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and liaison with external IT partners and vendors.
• Regularly identify opportunities to streamline system use and improve data flows, support system enhancements, configuration changes, and testing.
• Assist with documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Participate in IT and systems improvement projects, system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements, and new site/line implementations.

• Previous experience in an IT/Systems Support role, ideally within manufacturing, distribution/logistics, or similar FMCG environments.
• A working knowledge of ERP or business systems (ideally SAP Business ByDesign).
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems, labelling systems, or shop-floor technologies (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud tools (365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and helpful attitude.
• Clear communication style at all levels, from operations to senior leadership.
• Curiosity into how systems work, and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
