Service Tech Coordinator

Tests, calibrates/validates and repairs mechanical / dimensional, or analytical test instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at a Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Performs routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.

Solves a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity. Solves test and calibration problems which require deep technical knowledge,

• Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at the Telford Service Centre.
• Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.

• Understand customers' requirements through face to face and written communication.
• Travel to customer sites
