Cineworld Telford is a vibrant 11 screen reclining cinema located at Southwater Square, Cineworld Telford is a complexity 4 cinema contain both IMAX and 4DX screen along with a Starbucks Store. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers and 1 Starbucks store Manager, 3 Team Leaders and 2 Starbucks Supervisors, In role you will be responsible for a team of approximately 30 Team Members.

Due to the fast paced and challenging nature of this role is perfectly suited to an experienced Team Leaders or a BeMore Candidate who is looking to take their first step into a management position. The ideal candidate will need to be someone with strong leadership experience, ideally be fully available 7 days a week with a full UK driving licence and someone who is looking to further develop their career with Cineworld.

If it is a little more responsibility that you are after, the Team Leader role is just for you. You and your team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
• Cleaning
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
