About the Role

As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Leading and motivating a team of skilled technicians and operatives.
Managing workflow, job allocation, and prioritization to meet deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for parts and materials.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Has proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an engineering or automotive workshop environment.
