Machine Operator - 4 on 4 off - Frozen Bagging

We’re looking for a Technical Operative to join our team! No experience necessary – full training is provided.

• £13.25 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 UNS for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• Earn a minimum of £457.12 per week

As a Technical Operator you will undertake machine interventions and first‑line troubleshooting to ensure the machinery runs  will make sure that the production line operates smoothly and correctly, reporting any issues.

• Perform start‑up and close‑down procedures
• Complete routine maintenance of specific line equipment
• Analyse, interpret and report live data for performance evaluation
• Deliver the departmental daily plan
• Maintain, monitor and achieve operational targets
• Monitor and improve product quality
• Complete line quality checks
• Perform production process checks in the department
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Apply food safety management procedures
• Adhere to HACCP procedures
• Continuously identify and implement workplace improvements
• Maintain and promote measures that support waste minimisation and sustainability in operations
• Support internal and external audits
• Support GMP in the department
• Carry out routine Production Operator tasks as required, in order to maintain effective running of the department

• Experience with in a production/manufacturing setting with an understanding of a fast‑moving process
• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
