Company: Müller UK & Ireland – a family‑run dairy business providing milk and yogurt products across the UK.

Location: Telford Dairy

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: £31,079.00 per annum, plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)

Working Hours: 7am‑7pm / 7pm‑7am

• Follow advice and best practice given by trainers and senior/team leaders.
• Operate with high personal safety awareness to comply with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Use all company equipment for its intended purpose in accordance with safe systems of work and SOPs.
• Operate equipment and machinery only after receiving proper training, assessment and supervision.
• Ensure materials are used within date, maintain good stock rotation, and achieve accurate consumption through positive goods issuing for 100% traceability.
• Supply materials to lines on time, scanning to correct locations throughout the system.
• Promptly recognize and act on faults, finding and correcting issues.
• Follow a detailed training plan to progress through grades.
• Share technical knowledge with team members to improve their capabilities.
