We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join and help lead our team on Ward 11 at the Princess Royal Hospital. This Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse position is a full‑time, permanent role.

Ward 11 is a 28‑bed ward specialising in Renal Medicine and General Medicine. The role is fast‑paced, involves complex patient needs and requires excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills.

• Function as a competent clinical practitioner within the designated clinical area and deliver direct patient care while coordinating nursing practice.
• Ensure delivery of clinical activities during duty span.
• Ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources to provide optimum quality care.
• Deputise for ward/department manager, driving evidence‑based practice and supervising staff and policies.
• Work flexibly to meet service needs.
