Medacs Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) – Royal Hospital for Children.

Shifts: Saturday and Sunday

Location: SATH – Shrewsbury and Telford

Weekly Pay: Fast, reliable weekly payments

Key Responsibilities
  • An Admissions and Discharge Nurse manages the safe, timely, and appropriate care of patients, ensuring smooth transitions and coordinated care with families, hospital teams, and community services.
  • Demonstrate high standards of clinical practice.
  • Plan the workload for a team of patients.
  • Safely admit day surgery patients and care for them throughout their surgical pathway, ensuring safe, nurse‑led discharge.
Essential Qualifications
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 1 year post‑graduate experience.
  • At least 6 months recent UK experience within the last 3 years.
