Our client is an established estate agency currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their very busy sales team at the Telford branch.

Qualifications
:

• Proven track record in residential property sales, preferably in Telford and surrounding areas.
• Enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation and a commitment to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines.

Main Duties
:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers.
• Effectively handling enquiries and queries over the telephone and in‑branch.
• Carrying out effective sales progression, keeping all parties updated through the sales process to swift, seamless completion.
• Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first‑class customer service.
• Exhibiting flexibility and going the extra mile to ensure a positive client experience.
• Remaining compliant with current legislation and company processes at all times.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
