Walmart Meat Associate

Serve customers through deli preparation, food safety, and organized meat department standards at Walmart Canada in Temiskaming Shores. This role supports fresh shopping experiences.

As a Meat Associate, you maintain department readiness while supporting daily sales activities and customer orders. You rotate products, follow cold chain practices, and prepare meat, cheese, and fried chicken. The work includes safe equipment use, accurate pricing, and health and safety compliance.

• Keep the meat department clean, organized, zoned, and stocked
• Rotate stock and remove expired or unsellable products
• Prepare deli products and complete special customer orders
• Use slicers, stackers, ovens, and fryers safely
• Check temperatures and follow food safety procedures

• Be at least 16 years old
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
• Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
• Manage repetitive stocking and zoning tasks consistently
