The Role

We're looking for a motivated, self-directed sales professional to join our Temple store. You'll find new customers, grow relationships with current ones, and help people find the right Kubota equipment for their land, their jobs, and their work. This is a commission-based position, so your earnings grow with your effort. Success here takes a solid grasp of the sales process and the ability to connect with all kinds of people.

What

You’ll Do

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of new customers in the Temple area
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Negotiate deals and work through pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with customers
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and Kubota promotions
• Prepare sales paperwork accurately and on time
• Keep customer records current in our dealership system
• Stay knowledgeable about current and incoming inventory and the Kubota product line
• Work closely with our parts and service teams to support customers after the sale

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience, preferably in agricultural, construction, or outdoor power equipment
• Familiarity with farm, ranch, or construction work is a strong plus
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who can manage time and follow through without close supervision
• Comfortable with computers and basic sales software
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Able to work Saturday rotation (store hours M–F 8:00–5:30, Sat 8:00–noon)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
