• Start up a commercial arm and work alongside the residential team to grow the company.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead negotiations with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
• Manage the sales team to achieve targets and optimise client engagement.
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics using basic maths skills to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance across all commercial activities.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the financial services sector or related industries.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic maths for analysing financial data and performance metrics.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
