Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). This role covers SNF and Long Term Care units, including medication administration, vital signs, and direct resident care with outcomes monitoring.
