American Traveler is hiring a Hospice RN for a home-based care role covering multiple Indiana counties on a night shift schedule.
Requirements- Active IN or compact RN license required, must be valid prior to start date (no pending licenses accepted)
- Hospice care provided in a home health/community setting across Monroe, Greene, Brown, Morgan, Owen, Lawrence, Jackson, Daviess, Martin, Orange, and Washington counties in Indiana
- Night shift schedule:
Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-8:30 AM, plus Saturday/Sunday 24-hour coverage every other week - Home Care Home Base charting system experience preferred but not required
- Provide hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in a home-based setting
