Are you a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing compassionate care? Advisa Care is looking for qualified On Call Hospice Nurses to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our Hospice Team
, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to those in need.
Your responsibilities will include: Triage patient calls, conduct patient visits, perform tuck-ins, and manage admissions as required.
- Current state RN License in good standing
- Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong empathetic and compassionate approach towards patients and their families
- Willingness to participate in field visits and attend weekly meetings
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call
