Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a float pool capacity, supporting multiple units based on staffing needs
• Deliver medical-surgical nursing care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
• Adapt quickly to varying unit environments and patient populations as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Indiana (or compact license)
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
• Ability to float to multiple units as directed by facility management
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit setting
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments
