The Role – Site Manager (Civils & Concrete Works)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering, groundworks, and reinforced concrete operations on a major live project in Tewkesbury. This is a MOD-linked scheme, offering long-term security and continuity of work.

You will take responsibility for managing daily site operations across:

* Groundworks

* Bulk excavation

* Drainage

* Concrete pours

* RC structures and associated civils packages

Essential Requirements

* SMSTS

* CSCS (Manager Level)

* First Aid

* Proven experience in:

* Civils & Groundworks

* Concrete pours & RC works

* Live infrastructure / secure site environments

* Ability to obtain MOD Security Clearance (can be started while on site)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Highly proactive, organised, and safety driven
