We are seeking an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced, professional Concierge to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a smart private residential apartment block in Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for someone with a strong proven track record who enjoys working autonomously, as you will be the sole front-of-house presence for much of the day, based at the main reception desk while also carrying out regular building checks and occasional resident errands.

Duties include welcoming residents and visitors, controlling access, assisting with luggage, collecting domestic refuse during communal area inspections, supervising contractors, and managing post, parcels, keys, and building check records, alongside light administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong computer literacy, and the self-motivation and discipline required to work alone and unsupervised
