• Assist in developing user stories, personas, and customer journey maps to inform digital solutions.
• Support data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand and contribute to digital product development.
• Participate in customer-facing activities, gathering feedback and supporting digital adoption.
• Help document processes, maintain project trackers, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply basic skills to support digital initiatives.
• Ensuring that services are delivered in compliance with existing and new Health and Safety legislation and the Councils Health and Safety Policy, and ensuring that duties are pursued in a safe manner with due regard to the Health and Safety of yourself and others.

• To undertake any other duties properly assigned from time to time by the Director which are appropriate to the grade and character of the post.
