Senior Design Engineer

What You Will Do
  • Lead the design of complex hardware systems, ensuring they meet technical and customer requirements.
  • Drive full lifecycle projects: concept, detailed design, prototyping, testing, and qualification.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and design practices.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Systems) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in hardware/system design within aerospace, defence, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, EMC, mechanical design, and harsh environment requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and lead projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
About You
  • Mid to Senior level experience (typically 5+ years of hands‑on design experience).
  • Highly motivated engineer with a passion for designing complex hardware systems.
  • Thrives on solving challenging technical problems and delivering projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, with confidence in applying knowledge in harsh or highly regulated environments.
  • Experienced mentor and collaborator who supports team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment where expertise directly impacts cutting‑edge defence and aerospace projects.
