Are you ready to jumpstart your career in manufacturing? We are looking for two enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
In this hands-on role, you will have the chance to work independently after a basic training period. Your key responsibilities will include:

Operating a limited number of machines safely and efficiently
Using guards and safety switches correctly
Locating materials and tooling
Identifying and using the correct parts and machines for production
Handling tools and moulds safely
Following production paperwork and procedures
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
Flexibly supporting other areas of production as needed
Adhering to all HSE requirements

📅 Shift Patterns:
You'll work on a two-week rotating shift pattern:

Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Week 2:
Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:53 PMIncludes a 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

Experience in a manufacturing environment (beneficial, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to complete paperwork accurately
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Excellent attendance and punctuality

You'll be a key player, collaborating with Production Team Leaders, Managers, HR, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards.

📈 Success Measures:
You will be recognised for your contributions through:

Scrap reduction
Right First-Time production
Number of lifts/parts produced
Time and attendance
