Work Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM–9:15 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 2:00 PM–9:30 PM
• Friday: 11:30 AM–7:30 PM

• Perform manual operations on components and sub-assemblies.
• Carry out basic fitting, nulling, deburring, and surface grinding tasks.
• Conduct bench testing, wire rating, and pressure testing.
• Use hand tools, gauges, winding machines, and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Complete quality audits and achieve self-certification.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and TPM.
• Flexibly assist across manufacturing areas as needed.

• Reasonable standard of education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude toward lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Good time‑keeping and attendance record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and across sites when required.
